OMF supports Techno-Physik Group in the Acquisition of Hoffmann Wärmedämmtechnik GmbH
OMF provided legal and tax advice to Techno-Physik Group, Essen, in its acquisition of all shares in Hoffmann Wärmedämmtechnik, Wehrdohl.
Like Techno-Physik, Hoffmann Wärmedämmtechnik GmbH is specialized in the production of vermiculite-based insulation products. With the acquisition of the company based in German Sauerland, Techno-Physik seeks access to new technologies and will expand its customer base.
