OMF supports Prodiac in the Sale of its Cash Logistics Business to Unicorn
OMF has provided legal and tax advice to Prodiac Sicherheit GmbH, Bielefeld, in the sale of its cash logistic business to Unicorn Geld- und Wertdienstleistungen GmbH.
Unicorn is the second largest cash logistics company in Germany. Prodiac is part of DNZ-Group, which employs more than 2,200 employees in Germany in emergency call centers as well as the security services and the process automation businesses. After the sale Prodiac will focus on its security business.
Since 2006 the team of OMF has advised DNZ-Group in all corporate transactions, including the acquisition of Dresdner Wach- und Sicherheitsinstitut GmbH (2006), the sale of GSD Geld und Sicherheitsdienste GmbH, Stralsund (2009) and the sale of the receptionist service business of ESD Empfangsdienstleistungen GmbH, Frankfurt (2010).
