OMF structures Management Participation in Lindsay Goldberg's Acquisition of VDM-Group
Private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg LLC, New York, has acquired VDM-Group from ThyssenKrupp in 2015.
The management participation for this transaction was structured by OMF, which also provided tax and legal advice.
Previously OMF also structured the management participation concept in Lindsay Goldberg's investment in Weener-/Plasticum-Group.
