OMF advises Finatem's Acquisition of Schollenberger Kampfmittelbergung GmbH
Finatem, an independent investment company with a focus on majority investments in small and medium sized companies, together with the management acquired Schollenberger Kampfmittelbergung GmbH and its Austrian subsidiary.
OMF advised Finatem on the acquisition, the acquisition structuring and the management participation.
Schollenberger is a specialist for the detection and recovery of explosive ordnance and is the market leader in Germany and Austria. The group employs around 320 people at its headquarter in Celle and at eight other locations.
