OMF advises Finatem on the Sale of Schwinn-Group
OMF provided legal and tax advice to Finatem II on the sale of its portfolio company Schwinn Holding GmbH, Ober-Ramstadt ("Schwinn") to DUBAG - Deutsche Unternehmensbeteiligungen AG.
Schwinn was founded in 1932 and is a leading manufacturer of high-class technical and decorative furniture fittings for applications in living- and bedrooms as well as in kitchens and bathrooms. The product assortment which comprises more than 3,000 articles is manufactured by modern production facilities in Germany and Poland. Schwinn-Group maintains sales offices in China, USA and selected European markets. The company has about 250 employees and achieves annual sales of EUR 25 m.
In 2007, the OMF-team had already advised Finatem on the acquisition of the company.
