OMF advised Vandersanden Group on the Acquisition of CRH Clay Division
The Belgian brick manufacturer Vandersanden acquired four brickworks from the Irish CRH Group. OMF provided legal advices to Vandersanden on the acquisition of the German entities of CRH Clay Division.
The Vandersanden business has long been a market leader in hand-molded bricks in Belgium. By the acquisition Vandersanden will strengthen its position as one of the largest family-owned brick manufacturers in Europe.
