OMF advised mindhopper invest GmbH on the acquisition of GAMO Fahrzeugwerke GmbH with business locations in Ravensburg and Lödla. OMF provided tax and structuring advice. GAMO Fahrzeugwerke GmbH is specialized in the manufacturing of special vehicles, in particular vending vehicles, food trucks and sanitary trailers. Mindhopper invest GmbH already acquired RKB Karosseriebau GmbH based in Döbeln (Saxany) in 2017. GAMO and RKB have about 150 employees and generate an annual turnover of EUR 20 million.
