OMF advised Finatem on the acquisition of a majority stake in HKM Sports Equipment GmbH, Neuenhaus. HKM Sports Equipment GmbH is market leader as a full-range provider for equestrian sports equipment. Further to the shares in HKM Sports Equipment GmbH Finatem also acquired - through an asset deal – the business of HKM Textil GmbH which is European market leader for appliqués to sew or iron onto fabrics.
